The instructions to activate your account will be sent to your email once you have submitted the registration form. How can I track my orders & payment?
After logging into your account, the status of your checkout history can be found under Order History. We process payment receipt and confirmation manually so it might take up to 24 hours for your order status to change to ‘processing’.
How long will it take for my order to arrive after I make payment?
Members who ship their orders within continental Europe should expect to receive their orders within five (5) working days upon payment verification. Other destinations will vary based on postal delays.

What happens if there’s been a delivery mishap to my order? (Damaged or lost delivery)
We take such matters very seriously and will look into individual cases thoroughly. Any order that falls under the below categories should not be thrown away before taking photo proof and emailing the photo of the affected shipment and your D.O (Delivery Order) to us at admin@lifelovingfoods.com.
How much are your shipping fees?
Our International shipping fees are calculated upon checkout and are weight based :
up to 500g = €9.99
between 500g to 1kg = €14.99
above 1 kg = a flat rate of €19.99.
